This means that

f(x) = (-20 + 23)*x -6

f(x) = (3)*x -6

If we mame the previous equation equal to zero ----->

(3)*x -6 = 0

x  = 2

which means, the factorization is equal to

(x-2) = 0

f(x) = 3*(x-2)
