Propaganda is a biased or prejudiced information about the political party which is used to create confusion among political parties. The propaganda is made with an intention to provoke emotional feelings rather than the rational reaction of publicity. The government may spread this type of information of the enemy in times or war or conflict to create chaos or disaster in order to destabilize the political power of the ruling party.
