1. A rough draft is the version of your writing that isn't official. It's just your first attempt to write it and doesn't have to be super neat, you'll fix t up later.

2. A prewrite is any kind of graphic organizer or anything that you use to plan out your writing.

3. The final copy is your official paper, sometimes you'll be instructed to write it in pen or print it, but it's supposed to be flawless.
