If you were a team leader what strategies would you embrace or recommend to prevent unethical unprofessional or illegal behavior communication in the workplace
If I were a team leader the strategies I would use would be to put down rules and penalties for breaking these for these and if a rule or two is violated to the point where its illegal the person or persons may be kicked out or fired from workplace
