In your opinion, do you think Soviet Premier Nikita Khrushchev should be awarded a peace prize for averting a nuclear disaster during the Cuban Missile Crisis?
I think that anyone that has the intelligence to take a nuclear situation as seriously as he did deserves to be honored. It is up to you to decide if he deserved such a great honor.
