neurodegenerative disorder caused by degeneration of dopamine-secreting neurons
of the substantia nigra of the brain. Symptoms of PD generally develop slowly
over years. An individual with PD may experience tremor which can occur in the
form of bradykinesia , limb rigidity and gait and balance problems.
