27 year old male presents to the urgent care after jumping out of the back of a pickup truck and falls awkwardly on his Left ankle. He is immediately unable to walk on the ankle without pain and has significant swelling right after. On Exam he has obvious bruising of the lateral and medial ankle, + Anterior Drawer, + Talar Tilt, +Squeeze Test, and has tenderness over the medial and lateral malleolus.
