A 34 year old female presents with complaints of burning and tingling in her right calf, ankle and foot along the medial aspect of her lower leg when she jogs. She picked up running again after her pregnancy and the pain is keeping her from getting active again. On exam her the arch of her right foot is pretty flat compared to her left. She has a negative anterior drawer, talar tilt and squeeze test. Her pain is reproduced when you "tap" below the medial malleolus. You suspect she has:
