27 year old male Presents to the urgent care after jumping out of the back of a pickup truck and falls awkwardly on his Right ankle. He is able to walk on the ankle at first without much pain but begins to have gradual swelling and increased pain as the day goes on. On Exam he has obvious bruising of the lateral ankle, + Anterior Drawer, + Talar Tilt, -Squeeze Test, and does not have tenderness over any boney prominences.
