2) Patient is able to sleep with his spouse without disrupting her sleep, is able to wear his CPAP in combination with his OA for at least a portion if not all night, awakens more refreshed, and continues to see progress in weight loss
3) Patient is able to sleep with his spouse without disrupting her sleep, is able to sleep through the night, awakens more refreshed, and is able to lose 50 lbs in 3 months
4) Patient continues to sleep separately from his spouse so that if he has persistent snoring or apneas it does not bother her sleep
