Dear CEO of Super Nutty Energy Bars:

We corresponded a few months ago, when I let you know about the "bad" batch of Super Nutty Energy Bars that tasted cloyingly sweet, had too many seeds and not enough nuts, and didn't have that salty crunch that made your bars so good. Well, here in Boise, Idaho, I'm afraid those are still the bars being sold, and it's been weeks, which suggests that it wasn't just one bad batch. The bars are also less substantial than the original ones. They really are quite inferior, and I wanted to check with you to see if the original recipe will be used in the near future for the bars that are distributed here in Idaho. If not, I'm afraid I'm going to have to switch to something else. These are too much like candy bars. Do you have any good news for me on this front? I look forward to your response. By the way, the free sample bars you were kind enough to send were like the original ones I remember-salty and nutty, a winning recipe.

Sincerely,
Matt Richmond
